Chris Twerdun is a Toronto-based health and fitness expert with the expertise and experience to transform his client’s goals into attainable milestones. Combining his years as a professional athlete in the National Hockey League with his training and education, Chris takes a fitness for life approach. A Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Chris holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University. With more than twenty years of experience to draw from, his clients will tell you that his strength training sessions reach far beyond the confines of the gym.
Drawing from multiple techniques to create results orientated programs for each individual client, Chris believes that physical fitness must be inclusive. An avid cyclist, traveller and father, Chris does not train for aesthetics but rather to help his clients maintain a level of personal fitness that allows them to function at his or her own highest level.
